In Suurpelto. all houses are connected to a new, environmentally friendly waste collection system. Residents can sort their waste to organic waste, mixed waste and recyclable paper through feed chutes in the courtyard. Recyclable cardboard has a separate container, as usual. Other wastes may be exported to the recycling bins in the Suurpelto waste terminal.
